We do not store your credit/debit card details on our site. We process this information using a secure third party service.
We do not provide refunds and therefore all sales are final.
Returns are accepted only if there is a proven manufacturing fault with the item. Once we have assessed the item we will contact you directly. We may send the item to the manufacturer for a second opinion if we feel the need to do so. If your order is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will offer you an exchange, store voucher or refund. Items for refunds and exchanges must be returned within 14 days of the receipt.
It may take up to 28 days for your returns to be processed.
All items must be unused and returned with the original tags and labels.
We will not refund posting and packaging costs.
